Our website host (Vercel) keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited — for security and troubleshooting, and provides us anonymous, cookie-free page-view counts (Vercel Web Analytics) so we know which pages people find useful; those counts contain no personal identifiers. Our contact form is provided by Coraline, our customer-communication platform; when the form loads, Coraline's servers receive your IP address and may set functional cookies needed for the form to work. This site does not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking, and its fonts and images are served from our own site, not third-party font networks.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your estimate, scheduling, or work in progress. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make our business run: Coraline (our forms, phone, and customer-communication platform, built on the LeadConnector/HighLevel platform) and Vercel (website hosting). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it.
