Accessibility statement

Reviewed July 25, 2026

We want everyone in Sevier County to be able to use this site — including neighbors using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification. We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA and build toward it in the site itself rather than bolting on widgets.

What's built in

  • Semantic page structure with proper landmarks, headings, and a skip-to-content link
  • Full keyboard navigability with visible focus states
  • Color contrast checked against WCAG AA across the palette
  • Descriptive alt text on meaningful images
  • A responsive layout that works from 320px-wide phones up, with no horizontal scrolling
  • Phone numbers as tap-to-call links throughout

Known limitations

Our contact form is an embedded third-party frame from our customer-communication platform (Coraline). We've wrapped it so the page stays accessible, but the form's internals are rendered by that platform. If it gives you any trouble, skip it entirely — calling (865) 850-3940 gets you the same free estimate.

Found a barrier?

If any part of this site is hard for you to use, please tell us: (865) 850-3940, or by mail at 1533 Jayell Road, Sevierville, TN 37862. We'll fix what we can promptly, and we review this statement at least annually.
